What You'll Do
- Drive our trucks throughout the service area (no CDL needed)
- Present estimates to customers and negotiate to win jobs
- Build rapport with customers while providing excellent service
- Help customers declutter homes & businesses
- Sort items for donation/recycling
- Work with your team to safely handle furniture & other items
- Use our mobile tech for scheduling, payments, & documenting landfill diversion efforts
- Fulfill local marketing efforts
Requirements
- Age 21 with clean driving record (3 years no violations)
- Pass background check
- Lift 75 lbs safely
- Own smartphone
- Clean, professional appearance
- Great attitude & customer service mindset
Schedule
- Open 7 days, appointments 8am-5pm
- Typical start: 7am (may vary with daily needs)
- End time varies - typically mid/late afternoon
- Some weekend availability may be required
