Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Strategy & Assessment SME to evaluate our organization’s AI readiness and develop a comprehensive roadmap for AI adoption. Operating in the healthcare industry, we manage large-scale data and require an AI strategy that aligns with regulatory compliance, data security, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, data strategy, and business transformation, with the ability to assess current capabilities, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations for leveraging AI to drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the company’s existing technology stack, data infrastructure, and business processes to determine AI readiness.
- Identify potential AI-driven opportunities aligned with business objectives and industry best practices, with a focus on large-scale healthcare data management.
- Evaluate organizational data maturity, governance policies, compliance considerations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA), and ethical AI usage in healthcare.
- Develop an AI strategy roadmap, outlining short-term and long-term initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis.
- Provide guidance on AI tools, technologies, and implementation frameworks best suited for managing petabyte-scale healthcare data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, data science, and business units to ensure AI initiatives align with operational goals and patient care improvements.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure AI impact and success.
- Educate and guide leadership on AI trends, risks, and ethical considerations specific to healthcare.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in AI strategy, data analytics, or business transformation roles, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, data ecosystems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with experience in handling large-scale datasets.
- Experience conducting AI maturity assessments and developing AI implementation roadmaps for enterprises managing petabyte-scale data.
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA), and AI ethics in healthcare.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of advising healthcare organizations on AI adoption and business impact.
- MBA or advanced degree in AI, Data Science, or Business Strategy preferred.
