Job Summary

The Jupiter Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team in the Houston area. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and leveraging referrals.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through various means.
  • Client Engagement: Building strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering customized TA and consulting solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Developing and executing a sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue targets, leveraging market knowledge and insights.
  • Presentation & Negotiation: Conducting client presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal discussions with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT consulting, B2B, or related industries.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, PR, or Communications preferred.
  • A proven ability to sell into mid to enterprise markets and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-level stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for driving new business opportunities.
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings as needed.
