Job Purpose
The Client Services Coordinator oversees the efficient operation of client services, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments and stakeholders. This position is responsible for maintaining high-quality customer service standards, optimizing client intake processes, and fostering positive relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily intake operations, including managing phone inquiries, voicemail systems, and client check-in procedures.Collaborate with client services staff to provide administrative support and ensure efficient workflow.Facilitate accurate record-keeping of client interactions and maintain compliance with organizational protocols.Schedule, reschedule, and cancel client appointments effectively, considering staff availability and client preferences.Conduct regular audits of client demographic data entry to maintain accuracy and completeness.Prepare comprehensive reports on client statistics and appointment trends for analysis and decision-making.Serve as a liaison between different departments to streamline processes and address client needs effectively.Assist clients in accessing additional services or resources as needed and provide guidance on available options.Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with team members to implement solutions.Any other job duties as assignedMust attend six mandatory 'Pop Up & Give' events per yearQualifications
Demonstrate values consistent with the stated mission and culture of The Just One Project1 year of Non- Profit Experience (preferred)2 years of experience in a client services role, preferably in a social services or nonprofit organization.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on empathy and understanding.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts with tact and diplomacy.Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively with diverse teams.Must possess valid unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportationMust be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screeningDON'T MEET EVERY SINGLE REQUIREMENT?
