Job Overview:

We’re seeking a talented Accounting Operations Manager for an exciting opportunity with a large property management company located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. In this key role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing the integration and setup of the MRI property management system. You'll act as the primary liaison between the software providers and internal teams, ensuring seamless functionality across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee MRI property management system setup, administration, and integration with other business tools and software.
• Serve as the internal expert and point of contact for the accounting department, providing administrative support and guidance.
• Collaborate across various departments including accounting, banking, property management, and IT to ensure smooth operations.
• Leverage your knowledge of SQL and database management to address technical challenges and streamline processes.
• Maintain effective communication with both internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and drive improvements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with the MRI property management system (or Yardi) and related integrations.
• Strong background in accounting and finance, with the ability to support various internal teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• At least 5 years’ experience in accounting operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Limited opportunities for remote work; onsite presence is essential.
