The Kamson Corporation, a Premier Apartment Management Organization, is seeking a professional & seasoned Full-time leasing consultant for our Garden-style apartment community located in the Cherry Hill/Maple Shade area
The qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of apartment leasing and office management experience. Qualified candidates must be customer service driven, as well as detailed/organized and have the ability to multi-task; weekend availability and Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing the leasing process from inception to final submission to Corporate Answer telephone inquiries Show apartments to prospective residents Walk vacant ready apartments, and additional leasing and office management responsibilities as required. We offer competitive compensation.
