We are an innovative company specializing in AI and datacenter operations, and we are expanding our operations team in Sheridan Wyoming. We are currently hiring multiple Site Operations Technicians to oversee daily datacenter site operations and undergo training to grow into future Site Operations Managers.

Essential Functions
- Perform routine inspections on equipment to identify and address potential issues.
- Perform Basic diagnostics to all servers on site
- Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality of equipment.
- Collaborate with datacenter engineers and other team members to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all datacenter operations.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and efficiency, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Operate various tools and machinery required for maintenance tasks.
- Find IP addresses of all new machines that are being installed into shelves.
- Provided complete information for work orders and adhere to SLA guidelines.
- Keep the repair shop and work area clean and organized
- On call during emergencies.

- Ability to bring attention clearly and promptly to any major errors in the Data Center that involve the Engineering team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience production, manufacturing, construction, shipping, electrical and/or troubleshooting.
- 2 years of Desktop and Helpdesk support preferred.
- On the job training is provided
- Experience in networking is a plus
- Strong knowledge of server equipment, datacenter operations, and associated technologies preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent teamwork and communications skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift/carry 30-50 lbs.
- Willingness to adhere to strict safety guidelines.
