We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our civil construction company as a Project Management Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to the project management team, assisting with the smooth execution of construction projects. Your exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in project management software - Bluebeam, will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the project management team with administrative tasks, including document management, filing, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, permits, plans, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all team members.
- Collaborate with project managers to manage project reports and logs.
- Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence, reports, files, plans and presentations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam.
- Maintain project databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on project progress, costs, and resources.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, suggesting and implementing efficiency-enhancing strategies.
