The Keller Group is looking for an Accountant for our growing client in Scottsdale. The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to full cycle accounting including monthly closing processes and reconciliations. They will be organized, detail oriented and approach each issue with an analytical mindset as well as being collaborative with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with operational accounting tasks, supporting timely month-end close activities and preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements and company accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Job cost accounting and financial reporting for assigned projects.
- Provide support to external auditors and ensure compliance with controls.
- Assist in special projects, including new system implementations, process improvements, and acquisitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- 1 year of relevant accounting/finance experience
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Active CPA or CPA candidacy preferred
- Possesses advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized ledger systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
