Location : Phoenix, AZ   (

  • relocation available)

Schedule : In-Office Monday through Friday

Compensation : Salary Commission

The Keller Group is actively hiring a   Director of Business Development   in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area. This position will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities within the marketing industry, fostering key relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company. This position offers autonomy and the ability to carve your own path within a reputable and growing organization. The Director of Business Development position requires a natural born relationship builder, a highly communicative and strategic thinker who is not afraid to make connections and bring fresh, new ideas to the table.

Business Development Director Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and present new ways to position the company as a premier partner within the industry through out-of-the-box thinking and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and collaborating with marketing teams to secure contracts.
  • Engage in community involvement in relevant industry associations and networking events.

    Requirements

    Business Development Director Job Qualifications :

  • 7 years of business development, sales, or other like experience in digital marketing industry – proven experience building key relationships and driving revenue!
  • Passionate about sales, networking and working collaboratively with teams.
  • Self-starter and independent thinker who will take the lead and catapult a new division of the business.
  • Tech savvy with deep knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday in the Greater Phoenix Area. Relocation available.
