The Keller Group is supporting our growing client in search of a motivated Financial Analyst. We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven professional with a strong curiosity for financial analysis. The Financial Analyst will develop, maintain, and enhance three-statement financial models and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all departments and levels, communicating financial insights.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date budget, actual, and forecast data for the company's P&L, Cash Flow Statement, and Balance Sheet.
- Develop and track company budgets, forecasts and annual plans.
- Adjust and improve financial modeling infrastructure as required.
- Present financial data and reports to management and operations teams on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Analyze trends in sales, customer performance, costs, and vendor relationships.
- Compile KPI reports and other reporting packages for the Board of Directors.
- Analyze other key business data related to KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for improving data utilization and application across the company.
- Assist with research and analysis of potential partnerships, mergers and acquisitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- 3 years of professional experience in corporate finance, investment banking/private equity, or public accounting.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting required.
- Comfortable using Power BI to create dashboards from scratch.
- Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, lookups and other advanced functions.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, digestible format.
- Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
