Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing valuable insights to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering their professional development.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of accounting systems and controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3 years public accounting experience.
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software, databases and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
