Looking to hire a second, part-time Transaction Coordinator for The Kelly Schmidt Group! You will work under our current Transaction Coordinator to ensure all real estate transactions and communication runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a part-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities
- Clerical and administrative duties
- Communicating and coordinating with The Kelly Schmidt Group's brokers
- Other on-site duties (ex. taking photos or filming videos)
Qualifications
- Outgoing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong social media background
- Tech savvy
