Shifts: Sunday to Wednesday 6pm to 6am
Position Summary
This position is responsible for assisting and supporting the dispatch function.
Essential Functions
- Organize and sort incoming mail and paperwork
- Image/Scan all paperwork
- Enter information into customer systems
- Accept orders from customers and create in order system
- Dispatch drivers occasionally
- Assist Dispatcher with daily duties
- Answer customer billing and load status questions

- High school diploma or equivalent
