Position pay range: $55,000-$65,000 based upon experience
Hours: 8:00a-5:00p M-F
Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing systems configuration and administration support to the logistics group for specific TMS (MercuryGate), BI (Microsoft Power BI), Incident tracker tools.
Essential Functions
- Perform SaaS system administration and configurations on a routine basis for existing and new customer implementations
- Collaborate with KAG Logistics operations internally and externally with customers and other service providers that are part of a logistics solution
- Complete project assignments and deliverables as assigned
- Communicate efficiently with internal IT services and outside IT vendors
- Design and document business process solutions
- Implement business solutions
- Ensure quality of solution is being achieved when transitioning to operations team to execute
- Demo system solution, provide process documentation and perform train the trainer activities when necessary
- Provide presales consultative support when necessary
- Ability to travel on a project by project basis
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related field or commensurate experience
- 4 or more years’ experience in logistics; liquid bulk transportation preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Background working with Saas based systems including TMS, Inventory and Fuel Management, visibility and business intelligence applications preferred
