Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay: $90,000 to $110,000
Position Summary
This position is responsible for management of staff and duties associated with the scheduling of product deliveries.
Essential Functions
- Interview, hire, discipline staff
- Communicate and facilitate customer needs and expectations
- Investigate and resolve customer claims
- Maximize revenue opportunities
- Mediate Schedulers/Drivers disputes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of dispatch/scheduling experience
- Negligible travel
