Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing and leading multiple tax operations for the organization.
Essential Functions
- Delivers tax services in compliance with laws and regulations
- Provides tax planning
- Reviews complex income tax returns
- Assess accounting staffs' performance
- Manages tax provision
- Manages and organizes tax audits
- Improves processes by developing best practices
- Controls the tax balances on general ledger
- Prepares all tax papers
- Handles all information data requests
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or MA in Taxation
- 5 years managerial experience
- Extensive knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and tax returns
- Strong knowledge of tax software and MS Office
- Excellent leadership and personnel management skills
- Detail-oriented
