Hours : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay : Position Summary
This position is accountable for assisting in the operations for remote dispatch locations at customer sites.
Essential Functions
- Supervise performance of drivers which includes fielding driver calls and supporting drivers' requests
- Work closely with customers on troubleshooting items such as delivery issues, driver training program, staffing levels, customer requests / complaints, etc.
- Ensure maximum asset utilization
- Canadian exports
- Macros / Platform Science, Total mail support and corrections
- Hotel bookings
- Log corrections / reconciliation
- Assist with load completion and payroll
- Back-up support for planning and dispatching loads
- Other duties as assigned
