Kendal at Oberlin's Dining Services is currently seeking a part-time, (20hrs / wk) Dining Room Team Leader. Reporting to the Dining Room Manager, the Team Leader will lead the team to provide excellent person-centered service for each resident, addressing and resolving resident concerns in a timely manner. More specifically, the leader will be responsible for including but not limited to :
- Maintaining a high level of sanitation in the dining room and serving areas;
- Ensuring food temperatures are taken and recorded;
- Implementing pre and post-meal station checks;
- Completing accurate count and meal charge sheet;
- When assigned, copying weekly menus, temperature sheets, and completing menus for Friends Corner weekly production numbers;
- Visiting residents for food preferences;
- Communicating concerns on resident diet, service, and problems to appropriate staff;
