(CS) System Engineer Level 0-3 (TS/SCI w/Poly)

Position Summary:

Kenjya-Trusant is looking for a System Engineer to support our customer in the Annapolis Junction area. This position has multiple levels of required experience.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform SIGINT collection, analysis and reporting.
• Support unified and sub-commands (SOCOM, INDOPACOM, etc.).
• Conduct collection and access management.
• End user requirements management and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
• Assist with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
  
  

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Level 3
• Twenty (20) years' experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

• Level 2
• Fourteen (14) years' experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

• Level 1
• Seven (7) years' experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Level 0

• No demonstrated experience is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly.
• Additional Demonstrated experience in SIGINT leadership roles (civilian and military preferably).
• Must have a holistic understanding of end-to-end SIGINT production chain, cyber and traditional mission technologies (DNR, DNI).
• Experience using government tools & databases.
  
  

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for these positions are:

Level 0 - $128,000.00 - $153,000.00

Level 1 - $150,000.00 - $182,000.00

Level 2 - $195,000.00 - $235,000.00

Level 3 - $222,000.00 - $274,000.00
