Position Summary : The Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC (KTG) is looking for an Information System Security Officer to support our customer in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. Great opportunity to serve the Nation!
Essential Job Functions :
- Apply National level Security Policies to include Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800 Series to attain or maintain security posture for an information system.
- Apply Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) Instruction No.1253 to attain or maintain security posture for an information system.
- Communicate and interact with Security Control Assessor (SCA) and Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) regarding security posture of an information system.
- Apply Information Security Policies, Standards, and methodologies to include the following NIST control families : Access Control, Audit and Accountability, Configuration Management and Incident Response Series to attain or maintain security posture for an information system.
- Evaluate technical solutions and proposed changes to a system for compliance with security requirements and controls.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is : $135,000.00 - $275,000.00.
