Position Summary : The Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC (KTG) is looking for a System Administrator - Red Hat Enterprise Linux (SAL) Level 2 to support our customer in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. Great opportunity to serve the Nation!
Essential Job Functions :
- Provide support for the implementation and operation of Red Hat Enterprise Linux-based Information Technology (IT) systems.
- Install and configure Linux-based operating systems and their services according to provided specifications.
- Conduct day-to-day operations, such as account management, system health and status checks, and internal technical and security log review.
- Identify and correct common deficiencies and errors.
- Identify capacity, performance, and reliability issues and escalate them for resolution.
- Apply patches and configuration changes according to provided direction.
- Support the dispatching of hardware technicians and perform hardware maintenance.
- Automate basic tasks and use tools in order to provide concurrent management of multiple systems.
- Communicate status to agency management and internal customers.

The proposed salary range for this position is :
135,000.00 - $275,000.00.
