(VV) Protocol Analyst 2 (TS/SCI w/Poly)

Position Summary:

The Kenjya-Trusant Group is looking for a Protocol Analyst to support our customer in Wahiawa, Hawaii.

Essential Job Functions:

• The Contractor shall gather SIGINT information.
• The Contractor shall understand digital communications.
• The Contractor shall conduct protocol analysis.
• The Contractor shall use telecommunications principles and theories.
• Use the concepts, principles and theories of telecommunications, including their components and associated protocols and standards and how they integrate with one another (e.g., transmissions, switching, routing management).
• The Contractor shall analyze and produce intelligence information.
• The Contractor shall create and maintain documentation of their analysis, tradecraft, research and knowledge.
• The Contractor shall follow oversight and compliance; Comply with legal and regulatory policies and procedures required for the selector targeting, collection, processing, retention, and dissemination of information.
• The Contractor shall use NSA/CSS Mission/Policies/Directives.
• The Contractor shall apply security policies, procedures, and requirements for ensuring information security.
• The Contractor shall acquire/share job knowledge/skills.
• The Contractor shall train government and other Contractor personnel. The Contractor shall work with others (provide customer service; provide timely and accurate responses to requests for assistance, information, products, or services; work with others across analysis disciplines in order to produce the best possible results).
  
  

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
• All experience and education must be in a technical field directly related to the labor category and all degrees will be from accredited colleges or universities.
• Education
• Five (5) years minimum experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
• Three (3) years minimum experience and a Master's Degree.
• Two (2) years minimum experience and a Doctorate Degree.
• Nine (9) years minimum experience and a High School Degree.
• Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly.
• Must have experience with bit level analysis, packetswing, Linux command line (CASA network), and former 450/451 training, PROFORMA
  

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $115,000.00 - $137,000.00.
