The Kenjya-Trusant Group is looking for a Protocol Analyst to support our customer in Wahiawa, Hawaii.
Essential Job Functions:
- The Contractor shall gather SIGINT information.
- The Contractor shall understand digital communications.
- The Contractor shall conduct protocol analysis.
- The Contractor shall use telecommunications principles and theories.
- Use the concepts, principles and theories of telecommunications, including their components and associated protocols and standards and how they integrate with one another (e.g., transmissions, switching, routing management).
- The Contractor shall analyze and produce intelligence information.
- The Contractor shall create and maintain documentation of their analysis, tradecraft, research and knowledge.
- The Contractor shall follow oversight and compliance; Comply with legal and regulatory policies and procedures required for the selector targeting, collection, processing, retention, and dissemination of information.
- The Contractor shall use NSA/CSS Mission/Policies/Directives.
- The Contractor shall apply security policies, procedures, and requirements for ensuring information security.
- The Contractor shall acquire/share job knowledge/skills.
- The Contractor shall train government and other Contractor personnel. The Contractor shall work with others (provide customer service; provide timely and accurate responses to requests for assistance, information, products, or services; work with others across analysis disciplines in order to produce the best possible results).
- Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
- All experience and education must be in a technical field directly related to the labor category and all degrees will be from accredited colleges or universities.
- Education
- Five (5) years minimum experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
- Three (3) years minimum experience and a Master's Degree.
- Two (2) years minimum experience and a Doctorate Degree.
- Nine (9) years minimum experience and a High School Degree.
- Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly.
- Must have experience with bit level analysis, packetswing, Linux command line (CASA network), and former 450/451 training, PROFORMA
The proposed salary range for this position is: $115,000.00 - $137,000.00.
