Rustic Cafe Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to join our team at The Kent Companies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure each guest has an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive service and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Create a succession plan for the unit, selecting and developing team members to assume duties when needed.
• Complete daily paperwork, including sales reports, inventory management, and other necessary tasks to maintain unit profitability.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the cafe.
• Conduct monthly inspections of the unit using a standardized inspection form.
• Order food and supplies as needed to operate the unit efficiently.
• Recognize and discipline staff members, creating budgeted staffing schedules based on recent sales data.
• Host regular team meetings to discuss relevant information and ensure smooth operation of the unit.
• Establish a visible presence in the community through business visits and partnerships.
• Enforce brand standards, company policies, and procedures consistently.
• Represent the company with professionalism and treat all team members with dignity and respect.
• Manage the HR function at the unit level, ensuring accurate completion of new hire paperwork, time sheets, and payroll data.
• Train staff members on POS systems, back-of-house operations, and front-of-house procedures, including guest service and positional duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.

Age: 18 years , must pass a drug test. Previous management and restaurant experience required.
