Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage cash handling and inventory procedures to prevent shortages and discrepancies
* Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
* Maintain a clean and well-stocked store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our Guests
* Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue and implement effective strategies to achieve this goal
Requirements:
* Previous management experience in a retail environment
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Additional Information:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. The Store Manager must be physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. A drug test is also required as part of the hiring process.
