Cafe Team Lead Specialist
The Cafe Team Lead Specialist is responsible for ensuring each guest has an exceptional experience at our Rustic Cafe. Key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for all guests and staff members.
• Creating a succession plan for the unit, selecting and developing team members to assume duties when needed.
• Completing daily paperwork, including sales reports, inventory management, and other necessary tasks to maintain unit profitability.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the cafe.
• Conducting monthly inspections of the unit using a standardized inspection form.
• Ordering food and supplies as needed to operate the unit efficiently.
• Recognizing and disciplining staff members, creating budgeted staffing schedules based on recent sales data.
• Hosting regular team meetings to discuss relevant information and ensure smooth operation of the unit.
• Establishing a visible presence in the community through business visits and partnerships.
• Enforcing brand standards, company policies, and procedures consistently.
• Representing the company with professionalism and treating all team members with dignity and respect.
• Managing the HR function at the unit level, ensuring accurate completion of new hire paperwork, time sheets, and payroll data.
• Training staff members on POS systems, back-of-house operations, and front-of-house procedures, including guest service and positional duties.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements
Age: 18 years , must pass a drug test. Previous management and restaurant experience required.
