Job Description

We are looking for a personable, problem-solving, and experienced plumber to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on gas and water supply systems, as well as troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing fixtures. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand, power, and plumbing tools, and proficient at interpreting blueprints and building codes. Responsibilities :

Keep record of completed projects and the parts used
Certify newly installed components properly function
Read and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
Locate and correct plumbing problems, including component installation and replacement
Perform maintenance and installation of plumbing equipment in homes and businesses

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and malfunctions

Interpret blueprints and building codes to install plumbing systems correctly

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards

Provide accurate estimates and work within project timelines

Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades

Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues, solutions, and costs

Collaborate with other trades, contractors, and team members to complete projects

Keep detailed records of service calls, repairs, and inspections

Maintain plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition

Qualifications :

Candidate must obtain plumber license (Level 1 required, Level 2-3 desired)

Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification

We require candidates have a high school diploma or GED

1 years apprenticeship with a master plumber required
