Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood learning and development.
- Manage classroom activities, ensuring a structured yet flexible environment conducive to learning.
- Provide attentive care to infants and preschool-aged children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social growth.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their curiosity and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Monitor children's behavior and implement appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in early childhood education or related fields such as nannying or caregiving.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in preschool education.
- Experience working with infants or young children is highly desirable.
- First aid certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
