This person must be able to both shape the creative direction and contribute directly to its output, especially in a fashion/lifestyle context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Elevated aesthetic vision (built on Fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industry experience) -
Must bring a strong design POV and ability to lead with taste and intuition AND contextual knowledge is essential to move fast and uphold brand nuance
- Hands-on execution – both graphic design and art direction. Must be able and willing to roll up sleeves, not just manage from above > Seen as vital to build team trust and ensure output quality
- Oversees Full Creative Production - Experience leading from concept through to execution across print, digital, video & social
- Strong cross-functional collaboration chops - Able to bridge creative with marketing, merchandising, production, stylist inputs, field teams etc.
- Strategic and business-minded thinking - Must tie creative thinking to larger business goals; not a "pure artist."
- Team management experience – someone who has managed and ideally developed creative teams
- Culture fit – calm, low-ego, team-first
- Openness to AI & progressive tools - does not need to have used them necessarily in the past
Requirements:
- 15 years of creative and digital marketing experience, including 5 years in senior leadership (Creative Director role or equivalent).
- Prior experience with apparel or related industries (beauty, lifestyle, wellness).
- Expertise in creative production (video, photography, design, copy) and art direction.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Experience managing large teams and delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Canva AI) to improve workflows.
- Experience with UX/UI, motion graphics, or multimedia design
