SCOUTING FOR FALL 2024 ROLES
We are always accepting work from visual designers who have demonstrated professional experience creating mobile and web products. The right candidate is obsessed with creating elegant and imaginative design solutions that are highly responsive to a given client's systems and needs.
Key responsibilities :
Create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and user flows to communicate design solutions for web and mobile products
Partake in all phases of the design process-research, concepts, design, implementation, and success metrics
Work within a brand's design system to ensure consistency across all products
Work in close collaboration with Product Designers and Product Managers to inform and improve design processes and practices
Develop and maintain specs, assets, and documentation to support implementation and shared understanding across the team
Conduct and analyze user surveys and qualitative user research
Collaborate with other teams like partner success, customer support, and engineering to identify problems and help drive meaningful changes
What you'll bring :
Experience designing mobile apps and web products, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, as well as documenting engineering handoffs.
Advanced skills in Figma
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm about an iterative and collaborative design process, open to and inspired by feedback
Solid visual design skills and understanding of typography
Ability to brainstorm and find the best solutions to complex problems collaboratively
Desire to learn from and collaborate with more experienced designers
Requirements :
Fluent in Mac OSX, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Fluent in InDesign
Profeciency in Figma a plus
Creativity, enthusiasm, and knowledge of current design trends / innovations
Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
