As a caregiver with The Key, you will be motivated by helping others and providing quality service above all else. You will be driven by making an impact and contributing to a better quality of life for the aging population.
Your Responsibilities:
- To deliver exceptional care to dedicated clients in their homes
- To help execute comprehensive, personalized weekly schedules and care plans
- To assist with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
- To perform administrative functions, such as documenting completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
- To maintain confidentiality and security of the client's medical information
- To treat clients, staff, and the public with courtesy, respect, and present a positive public image
Requirements include licensure as a CNA, HHA, PCA, HCA, CHHA (if applicable), COVID-19 vaccination, and CPR and First Aid Certification.
