In the Medicare Part D Sales and Customer Service role, you will be responsible for working with customers to determine the most appropriate prescription drug plan to coordinate with Medicare coverage. In addition, this position will assist with office work and the development and implementation of campaigns to support business growth.

- Customer service experience in health benefits or Medicare strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of Medicare Part D and supplemental insurance
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Willingness and ability to work with senior market.
- Ability to interact with other employees and communicate in a professional manner.
- Strong organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills.
- Detail and results oriented attitude.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Deadline oriented.
- Solid presentation skills in individual and group settings.
- Some travel for meetings, training and conferences required
