Responsibilities
- Client Engagement and Service:
- Proactively prospect, follow up with, and present to potential buyers, sellers, investors and clients interested in Real Estate opportunities.
- Convert leads into appointments, appointments into agreements, and agreements into successful closings.
- Provide expert consultation to ensure clients feel supported from initial contact through the transaction process, coordinating with our Listing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator for a seamless world class client experience.
Market Knowledge:
- Stay informed about mortgage financing options, local neighborhoods, schools, and other homeownership essentials.
- Offer insightful guidance to help clients make confident decisions about their investment.
Negotiation and Execution:
- Represent and negotiate skillfully on behalf of buyers and sellers to secure favorable purchase contracts.
Daily and Weekly Activities
- Set and review personal and team goals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Dedicate time to lead generation and follow-up, focusing on nurturing relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
- Host open houses and schedule buyer appointments to showcase properties.
- Research market trends, prepare pricing strategies, and assist clients with loan pre-qualification or approval.
- Present and negotiate offers, ensuring the buyer’s interests are protected every step of the way.

- Licensed in real estate or willing to obtain a license promptly.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Enthusiastic about working in a team-oriented environment and leveraging technology to streamline the process.
