Seeking Dental Front Office Treatment Coordinator / Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ!

We are a Pediatric and Orthodontic dental practice with two locations : 92nd St & Shea Blvd and 20th St & Camelback Rd. We’re seeking a motivated and dedicated Dental Front Office Treatment Coordinator / Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service and eager to grow their skills in a supportive environment. In this role, you'll coordinate patient care and treatment plans while ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and staff. This position requires flexibility to travel between our two locations.

Schedule : Full Time

  • Monday - Friday 7 : 30am - 5 : 00pm

Duties for our Dental Treatment Coordinator include :

  • Explain the treatment plan, address patient concerns and answer any questions.
  • Assist the patient in prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling and payment
  • Communicate with all outside and third-party financing companies offered to patients and educate patients on the available outside financing options.
  • Track patient accounts receivable and outstanding balances to ensure timely payment.
  • Perform general office duties and other duties as required.
