Training Program
- Duration: Two weeks (10 business days)
- Schedule: Two 90-minute sessions per day
- Outcome: By the end of the program, you will be fully trained and ready to start your new sales job.
- Onboarding Completion: Your salary will start once you complete the training.
- Training Graduation Bonus: Receive a $500 bonus when you show up for your first day on the job after completing the training.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to discuss pre-need arrangements.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each family’s unique requirements.
- Present and explain available pre-need options and packages with empathy and professionalism.
- Utilize strong selling and closing skills to guide families towards making informed decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless coordination of pre-need arrangements.
Job Requirements
- Previous industry experience preferred with an active Life Insurance License.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with people from all walks of life.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
