Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY, for a Front Desk Agent. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, including greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, making reservations, and addressing guest inquiries. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience with handling Reservations
- Proficient Communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
