Job Purpose :
To oversee and manage the daily operations of The Kincaid Group (KSG), ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability within the accounting and finance industry. This role is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement operational plans aligned with KSG's strategic goals, focusing on efficiency, quality, and growth within the accounting and finance sector.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation across all departments.
Manage and mentor operational teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement process improvements and automation strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage budgets and financial resources effectively, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing profitability.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices within the accounting and finance field.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, adapting operational strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
Required Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
Required Experience :
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the financial services industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
Experience with developing and implementing operational strategies and process improvements.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management.
