• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Split Shift)
• 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• 7:45 AM – 5:45 PM

Kinder Kollege is looking for dedicated, passionate, and motivated educators to join our team! We are not just babysitters—we are educators committed to fostering a love for learning and development in young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine passion for making a positive impact daily.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child’s development.
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the needs of all students, including those with special education requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and any incidents that may occur in the classroom.
• Provide first aid as necessary and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the daycare setting.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
• Foster positive self-esteem in each child by creating a supportive and encouraging environment.
• Use scaffolding techniques to help children reach developmental and educational goals.
• Implement positive redirection strategies to guide children’s behavior in a constructive manner.
• Differentiate between babysitting and intentional teaching, ensuring children are engaged in meaningful learning experiences.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, prioritizing the well-being of all children.
• Give children your full attention—cell phone use is not permitted during working hours.
• Be open to on-the-job training and willing to apply new skills learned.
• Retain and apply knowledge from training sessions and be available for training on weekends and afternoons when necessary.
• Understand and follow all policies and procedures to ensure a structured and compliant learning environment.
• Be ready to make a positive impact daily, bringing energy, patience, and enthusiasm to the classroom.
Experience & Qualifications:
• Proven experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is essential.
• Background in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies is highly desirable.
• Experience in caregiving roles or special education will be considered an asset.
• Certification in first aid or CPR is beneficial but not mandatory at the time of hiring; training can be provided.
• Candidates must have a positive attitude and demonstrate enthusiasm for working with children.
• Candidates must be professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards in early childhood education.
