The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort has an opportunity for a Chef de Cuisine ! As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for leading daily culinary production, including but not limited to, preparation and production of meals; inspection of food quality and presentation; monitoring team member productivity and performance; as well as observing cost controls and overall profitability. This candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, and have a passion to deliver exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have at least three to five (3-5) years of previous experience in culinary management at a large resort or comparable property; thorough knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations; experience in menu development and food preparation; ability to effectively manage labor and food costs; excellent leadership and communication skills; and can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
