Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at The King’s University in Southlake, TX. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, providing information about programs, conducting interviews, assisting with the admissions process, and promoting the university through various channels.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Strong technical skills that include experience working in CRM’s (Customer Relationship Management) or similar software
- Previous recruitment/admissions, sales, or customer service experience desired
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Team oriented approach with desire and ability to work closely with peers
- Valid Driver’s License
- Criminal Background Verification
- Demostrated ability to manage a high volume of tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to interpret data ans analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals
- Minimum 3 years of college required
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
