What are the responsibilities and job description for the TEACHER-BIBLE-HIGH SCHOOL position at The Kings Academy?
The King's Academy seeks an experienced High School Bible teacher. The successful candidate will possess the ability to teach a variety of courses with experience or training in Apologetics, Biblical worldview and literacy. The teacher will also work to support schoolwide initiatives in student discipleship while equipping students to deepen their faith and pursue truth through involvement with TKA Christian Leadership programs and experiences. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Advanced degree is preferred. Must hold or be willing to obtain teacher certification in the subject area. The successful candidate should have at minimum three years of experience teaching in a classroom setting. The teacher will prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, responsible, disciplined Christians who exhibit knowledge and wisdom in submission to God. The teacher will ascribe to and perform all duties in accordance with The King's Academy's Statement of Faith and Employee Role Model Standards.
