The Kingsway, a bold new modern Asian restaurant from the James Beard-nominated team behind the acclaimed Saffron NOLA, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Back Servers to join our opening team. At The Kingsway, we aim to deliver an elevated dining experience inspired by heritage and crafted for the present.
About the Role:
As a Back Server, you will play a vital support role in delivering seamless and exceptional service to our guests. Working closely with Captains and the kitchen team, you will ensure that each table is impeccably set, cleared, and maintained while providing attentive and polished support throughout service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Captains and servers with table maintenance, food running, and clearing
• Set up and break down dining areas according to service standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout service
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Support the team with pre-service and post-service duties
• Uphold the high standards of quality and hospitality that reflect Saffron NOLA’s acclaimed reputation
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a fine-dining or upscale environment preferred
• Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining poise and professionalism
