About the Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef to execute precise and beautifully presented dishes. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating food according to our high standards while maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute dishes to exacting standards as directed by the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef
• Prepare ingredients and mise en place with precision and efficiency
• Cook and plate dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain quality and consistency
• Assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a line cook or chef de partie in a fine dining environment
