The Kingsway combines heritage with modern sophistication, delivering a dining experience that sets the standard for elegance and innovation.
About the Role:
As a Kitchen Server, you will be an essential link between the kitchen and the front-of-house team, ensuring dishes are presented and delivered with precision and care. You will work closely with the culinary and service teams to maintain seamless communication and guarantee a flawless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the flow of dishes from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Present dishes with knowledge and confidence, providing brief descriptions to Captains and Servers
• Maintain a clean and organized expo area, ensuring plates are presented to exact standards
• Assist with food running and clearing as needed to support the service team
• Communicate effectively between the kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Uphold The Kingsway’s high standards of hospitality and presentation
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale environment preferred
