Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our team! This role involves receiving, inventorying, and distributing parts for our team of technicians. This position is on-site, Monday - Friday.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Supporting field technicians with parts look-ups, compatibility checks, and availability to ensure timely repairs.
- Working closely with parts suppliers to maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure the availability of parts in the correct quantities.
- Ensuring each technician receives the proper parts to complete first-time successful equipment repairs.
- Managing inventory levels to meet customer and company needs, while preventing the accumulation of unused or obsolete parts.
- Processing returns promptly to ensure the company receives full credit from suppliers.
- Managing supplier relationships and actively seeking new suppliers when appropriate.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related experience preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Previous experience in parts/inventory management is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of diesel and gas engines preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and efficient time management.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
