Kintock is seeking a motivated and organized Corporate Training Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of Kintocks automated training system, SmarterU. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing employee training records, prepare documentation for audits, and ensure that front desk responsibilities are handled efficiently. This position will also play a key role in organizing training events and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the training department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation and uploading of training courses for Smarter U
- Assist with creating audio content for training courses for Smarter U
- Assist with scheduling and tracking employee training via Smarter U
- Develop and maintain electronic folders for training documentation for site employees
- Monitoring and responding to the training departments email flow
- Prepare documentation for NEO training, including employee folders and preparing completion certificates
- Ensure that lunch and refreshments are provide for training participants as approved
- Prepare and arrange for transportation of training documentation for the Philadelphia/Erie Ave site
- Assist with the preparing and organizing documentation for site audits
- Filing of training documentation
- Assist with the ordering and receiving of office supplies
- Front desk activities answering door, greeting guests, receiving packages, etc.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with site management and employees to help facilitate support of Kintocks training program
- Assist with planning and preparing for all training events held at the corporate office
Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of experience working in an office or training environment.

At least one year of experience facilitating or supporting training activities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using online learning management systems (experience with SmarterU is a plus).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of training and development principles.

Familiarity with automated training systems and record-keeping.
