Job Title: Project Manager – Kitchen & Bath Remodeling
Job Summary:
The Kitchen Man is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee kitchen and bath remodeling projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage scheduling, site visits, trade coordination, permitting, and ensuring successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in remodeling, be computer proficient, and excel in organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of kitchen and bath remodeling projects, including cabinets, countertops, tiling, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with clients, tradespeople, and suppliers to ensure timely completion.
- On-Site Management: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality craftsmanship.
- Trade Coordination: Schedule and oversee subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, tiling, and other specialized work.
- Permitting & Compliance: Obtain necessary permits and ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and addressing concerns throughout the remodeling process.
- Budget & Cost Control: Work within project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Technology Utilization: Use software to track progress, update schedules, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 years of project management experience in kitchen and bath remodeling or general construction.
- Experience coordinating multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, tiling, and countertops.
- Strong knowledge of remodeling processes, permits, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
