OVERVIEW
The Account Supervisor is a senior role on the account team at The Kitchen, overseeing productions and campaign management for multiple Kraft Heinz brands.
- Role Purpose:
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Oversee projects from development to execution.
- Lead internal and external teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Act as the central communicator between clients and internal teams.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relations
- Manage end-to-end client satisfaction and deliverables for assigned accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with brand leads, team members, suppliers, and agency partners.
- Act as the day-to-day client liaison, ensuring smooth communication and program management.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Lead internal meetings, project planning, and execution efforts.
- Align internal teams (strategy, creative, design, media, influencer, PR, digital) to deliver on client objectives.
Financial Management
- Develop, manage, and reconcile program budgets.
- Provide multiple budget options and defend financial recommendations.
- Handle account financial operations, including billing, payments, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Business Operations
- Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution plans.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth with existing clients.
- Enhance operational efficiency by developing new policies and processes.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience: 4–6 years in Account Management or a similar field.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage people and lead cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Hands-on experience managing productions and campaigns.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Financial Expertise: Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and managing program finances.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with O365 and familiarity with social/digital media platforms.
- Business Development: Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities.
