What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at THE KITCHEN ON MAIN?
The Kitchen on Main is actively seeking Food Servers for our restaurant in Ligonier.
Upscale Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Server needed.
Full time/Part time $450 -$800 per week
Our concept is open kitchen with hand created, fresh products that are served for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Ideal candidate will have:
- availability for at least 2 shifts a week
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be Ramp certified or become certified before the end of training
- will have knowledge on fresh products and be able to explain it to a guest
- is personable and willing to work in a fast paced environment
- is knowledgeable on bar products or willing to learn which is needed for service expectations
Hourly rate: 2.83/hr plus tips ( tip outs are required per shift)
