Requirements
- A minimum of two years of previous serving or back serving experience
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid work permit)
- Reliable transportation to work.
Position Summary: The Busser/Back Server will need to have excellent social skills, be highly motivated and feel comfortable working in a demanding position. Employee will be required to multi-task while assisting the bartender with bar preparation (before, during and after shift), delivering food, cleaning, stocking product, re-stocking ice, cleaning/re-stocking glassware, and changing kegs. Candidates also should have sufficient experience and food/wine/liquor knowledge to hit the ground running. Busser/Back Servers interact with guests and bartenders in a positive manner by assisting them promptly, and approaching them in a hospitable, friendly way.
Salary : $26 - $30
